MEMO (mobile CRM) is already a success

Since the beginning of November 2009, the mobile market survey software which we announced – MEMO for short – has formed the basis for our sales conversations.

This Deadline and route planning, organisational sequences of customer discussions and market survey data are available at the press of a button and form a now-indispensable support.

 

After the first test run, all teething troubles were eliminated and modifications made as required. Major interest was shown by the sales advisers themselves who have already shown great commitment in the introduction phase at the POS. Now we cannot imagine managing without the incoming reports and evaluations in the office. Any movement in the market is thus followed attentively and then implemented in the distribution field.
